Town of Slave Lake Website Update

The Town of Slave Lake is currently in the process of redesigning its website via its service provider CivicPlus. This redesign is part of the contractual agreement between the Town of Slave Lake and CivicPlus and comes at no additional cost to the Town. This process is scheduled to take approximately 5 months with the new design scheduled to launch in November 2024.

The following are goals and objectives identified for the redesign:

• Improving accessibility and navigability;
• Reducing the number of 'clicks' it takes to get information;
• Improving visual appeal and aligning with brand image;
• Ensure a seamless transition as new features and functionalities related to e-services come online;
• Reducing the amount of content on the website; and
• Removing outdated and/or redundant information;
